I used Harvey Pest Management for several years and liked their service. We had moved to a new home, tried several other exterminators that did not meet our satisfaction so we rehired our service rep Mike and he came to our home several times for service without a problem.
It turned out that we can only have afternoon appointments so when Mike was told this he dropped us like a bad habit, tried to refer us to another exterminator, then refused to answer my texts or calls to answer to the issue. I tried to call business owner Chris Harvey and left him a voice message to which he has yet to respond.
The customer service here and professionalism could be no worse than it is. Extremely rude and unprofessional to not reach out to a dissatisfied customer. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

One of the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable pest management services I have ever had. They send you notifications 24 hours in advance to let you know the window they will be arriving. They have top of line trucks and equipment, and my house has been pest and bug free since the day they started. Highly recommended.
